Chinese Red Sauce
|Red chillipaste||1 tsp.|
|Pepper powder||¾ tsp.|
|Tomato Sauce||1 Tbl.sp.|
|V.V.S. Gingelli Oil||1 Tbl.sp.|
- Peel & Chop Onions and Garlic finely.
- Soak red chillies in water for 10 minutes and then grind to smooth paste.
- Heat oil in a broad pan and stir fry garlic and then Onions in a high flame.
- Add chilli paste and other Ingredients.
- Fry for few minutes and then add water.
- Cook until sauce thickens.
- Serve as a side dish for starters.
