Chinese Red Sauce

Ingredients​

Garlic 10
Onions 2 big
Red chillipaste 1 tsp.
Pepper powder ¾ tsp.
Salt ¾ tsp.
Tomato Sauce 1 Tbl.sp.
V.V.S. Gingelli Oil 1 Tbl.sp.
Water 2 Tbl.sp.

Methods

  • Peel & Chop Onions and Garlic finely.
  • Soak red chillies in water for 10 minutes and then grind to smooth paste.
  • Heat oil in a broad pan and stir fry garlic and then Onions in a high flame.
  • Add chilli paste and other Ingredients.
  • Fry for few minutes and then add water.
  • Cook until sauce thickens.
  • Serve as a side dish for starters.
