Dosa batter

Provita
1 Cup
Jaggery/gur
1 cup
Gingelly Oil
As required
Methods
Whisk the Provita, jaggery and dosa batter to form a smooth lumpless mix.
Heat the paniyaram pan and pour oil/ghee in the molds.
Pour the batter in filling half of each mold.
Close and cook for a minute, open, turn over and cook for another minute and remove.
