Paniyaram Recipe


Provita 1 Cup
Dosa batter 1 cup
Jaggery/gur 1 cup
Gingelly Oil
as required


  • Whisk the Provita, jaggery and dosa batter to form a smooth lumpless mix.
  • Heat the paniyaram pan and pour oil/ghee in the molds.
  • Pour the batter in filling half of each mold.
  • Close and cook for a minute, open, turn over and cook for another minute and remove.
