Return Policy
We always make sure to deliver our products carefully. We offer customer service that is always satisfactory. In rare cases, products may be damaged in transit, which we accept and do our best to resolve.

The customer has the option to return or exchange the goods if there is a damage/quality issue or any other unsatisfactory product reason.

The customer can cancel an order before it has been dispatched.
Return & Refunds process:
Customers can return products to us if they are not satisfied with the quality or for any other reason.
- The product should be shipped back to us and we will issue a credit for the value of the returned product to the customer’s account. The customer will be able to use the credit for their next purchase.
- In case a user receives a damaged item, they should send it back to us with our customer care hotline (+91 8122779931 and sales@vvs.co.in) guidance. Once we receive the damaged item, we will check it and send the new item to the user.
- You must contact us before returning or exchanging an item. Items returned to us without notification will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Cancellation
The customer can cancel the order before dispatch from VVS by contacting our customer service hotline (+91 8122779931 and sales@vvs.co.in). In this case, we will refund the amount of the order made by the customer.
