Upma Recipe Ingredients​ Provita 1 Cup Water 7 tbsp Onion 1 medium size Green chilli 2 Carrots, beans, peas 1/2 cup Cumin powder 1 tsp Corriander powder 1 tsp Chilli powder 1 tsp Salt Methods Sprinkle the water on the provita and mix well. Steam this for four minutes and keep aside. In oil cook the onion and vegetables till soft, add the salt and masala powders. Then add the steamed Provita and saute on low flame for two minutes. 1/4th cup of water can be added if a pastey consistency is prefered.
