Vegetables Salad Recipe

Ingredients​

White Onions (sliced length wise) ¼ cup
Grated Carrots ¼ cup
Grated cabbage ½ cup
Sliced Cucumber ½ cup
Sliced Capsicum ¼ cup
Grated Mango 2 Tbl.sps.
Salt as required Green chillies 2
Lemon 2, Mustard Seeds ¼ tsp.
VVS Sesame Oil
1 tsp.
Asa foetida a pinch
Grated ginger ½ tsp.
Chopped coriander leaves 1 Tbl.sps.

Methods

  • Slice all the vegetables into even sized lengthwise pieces, and mix together in a bowl.
  • Heat little oil and season mustard seeds, sliced green chillies, asafetida powder and pour over vegetables.
  • Mix cooked dhal, grated ginger, lemon juice and salt.
  • Serve garnished with coriander leaves.
