|V.V.S.Gingelli Oil||1 tsp.|
|Asa foetida||a pinch|
|Grated ginger||½ tsp.|
|Chopped coriander leaves||1 Tbl.sps.|
- Slice all the vegetables into even sized lengthwise pieces, and mix together in a bowl.
- Heat little oil and season mustard seeds, sliced green chillies, asafetida powder and pour over vegetables.
- Mix cooked dhal, grated ginger, lemon juice and salt.
- Serve garnished with coriander leaves.
